What Facial Treatments Do We Offer?
aMAYSing Facial

The aMAYSing facial instantly reduces pores and plumps fine lines while increasing hydration and glow in just minutes, leaving you feeling aMAYSing! Microneedling is performed to stimulate natural collagen production and open microchannels on the skin's surface, allowing the topical application of the dermal fillers and neurotoxins to be delivered more effectively throughout the skin, leading to plumper, more supple skin.
No Filter Facial

Be "photo-ready" with this facial using hydradermabrasion technology. This treatment removes the top layer of dull skin while simultaneously removing fine vellus hair. This unique facial uses a pore detoxing treatment to unclog pores while adding hydration, antioxidant protection, and enzymes to optimize your skin with no downtime. Microcurrent delivers serums deep into the skin using red and blue light therapy and is completed with a cocktail of brightening lactic acids.
Glo Up Facial (Motus AZ+ Facial Rejuvenation)

Using MoveoGlo technology, the Glo Up facial is a noninvasive, nonablative photorejuvenation laser treatment that restores skin tone and treats fine lines, wrinkles, scars, large pores, and active acne. The heat produced from the laser kills bacteria on and under the skin, preventing future acne outbreaks. The heat penetrates deep into the skin to stimulate the natural production of collagen, which shrinks pores, evens skin tone, and increases the speed of cell turnover. SkinWave Facial

The SkinWave facial is the latest advancement in non-laser skin resurfacing using SkinWave technology. SkinWave is the only hydradermabrasion procedure that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and antioxidant protection simultaneously. A SkinWave facial can be performed on the face, neck, décolleté, and back areas.
MPS Signature Facial

The MPS signature facial is for anyone looking for a gentle facial and relaxation. Our aestheticians will use only our MPS skin care products to gently cleanse, tone, exfoliate, and moisturize your skin. This facial treatment concludes with 20 minutes of red light therapy to enhance the benefits of the MPS skin care products while you receive a gentle hand massage for total relaxation.
Rejuvenation Facial

Treat fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots, and sun damage while improving skin tone and texture. The Rejuvenation facial includes a dermaplane with a light chemical peel, followed by microneedling on the face and neck, and is completed with 20 minutes of red light therapy.

Restore your youthful glow! Generate new collagen and skin tissue to smooth, firm, and tone your skin. Microneedling reduces the appearance of acne scars, dark spots, wrinkles, and large pores. Customize your service with PRP or a chemical peel for more advanced results. Microneedling can be performed on the face, neck, chest, hands, or any area showing signs of aging.
Chemical Peel

A chemical peel can be used to treat wrinkles, enlarged pores, acne, discolored skin, texture, and scars. Chemical peels can be performed alone or combined with other cosmetic procedures. Additionally, chemical peels can be done at different strengths, from light to deep, and can be customized with treatments, such as dermaplaning, pore detox treatment, or enzyme treatments.

I had the best, most relaxing facial (the No Filter Facial on 7/19/24) I’ve ever experienced by Ashley! I highly recommend her! She was so thoughtful and attentive about listening to my concerns about my skin and talked me through options about what she thinks would work best, without making me feel pressured to purchase all the products now. She was extremely knowledgeable and she explained the why and the science behind the products. She took her time and I could tell that she really cares about her clients. I’m looking forward to going back for my next treatment!

Today I went in for Dysport that I had purchased during the open house. I was instantly greeted by the front desk manager (I can’t remember his name) with a beautiful smile. He even offered me something to drink! He was extremely inviting and so friendly. I had my visit with Trina, the lead injector at the spa. She was very knowledgeable, asked me if I had any questions before she started and even afterwards. She was so sweet. I have gone to another well known establishment in the area for years now for Dysport, filler and other things but after today’s visit I will be retuning back to Mays Plastic Surgery. The employees here really make a difference in someone’s day. I can’t say enough great things!! I will be back in a few months! Thank you Trina!
I have deep acne and piercing scars on my face and heavy sun damage on my chest that I hoped to minimize. After consulting with Ashley - the aesthetician about my goals, she guided me to try the Helix Laser. I cannot explain the dramatic results I achieved from just one single session of the helix laser. My scars are visibly reduced and many of the dark sun spots on my chest have already completely vanished. I just never expected such dramatic results after only one session. I am so motivated and cannot wait to see my before and after photos after completing the full series.
I absolutely love everyone at Mays! I have had facials and dypsport and had a great experience with both Ashley (aesthetician) and Trina (dysport). Ashley was incredibly knowledgable and took the time to explain the entire process of the chemical peel I had done. She was very helpful in addressing my concerns and providing recommendations for my skincare routine. She let me know I could reach out to her at any time post facial with questions and concerns and when I did, she promptly responded and answered my questions. I felt comfortable and confident in her expertise and my results were amazing - and I plan to get more in the fall/winter. Trina was so sweet and made me feel right at home.
