What Are BOTOX and Neurotoxins?
Smooth Wrinkles with a Few Tiny Injections
Over time, constant facial expressions can cause fine lines and wrinkles that stick around - even when your face is at rest. Neurotoxins help by gently relaxing the muscles that cause these lines, giving you a smoother, refreshed appearance without changing the way you express yourself.
It's a quick, virtually painless treatment with no downtime and visible results in just a few days.
Common treatments include:
Forehead lines
Frown lines ("elevens" between the brows)
Crow's feet
Masseter (jaw muscles)

BOTOX® and Neurotoxins Reviews
I won’t go anywhere else! I’ve received many services and treatments for the last 2 years at Mays. I’ve also been seeing my Aesthetician Ashley Walk for almost 7 years now. She’s one of the best in the game! Super informative and knowledgeable about all the treatments and products. I’ve had facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasions, and laser treatments done by her. All wonderful results! Trina, the lead Nurse injector is aMAYsing! I won’t get filler or neurotoxin done by anyone else!! I feel so comfortable and trusting of what I’m getting done. All very natural results! I have to shout out the wonderful staff! John Michael and Kara to just name a few. If apart of the LBGTQ+ community like myself. You will safe and welcomed, which is so important to me! Keep up the great work team!

I have had many services in the medspa including botox injections as well as two surgeries with Dr. Mays. Everything from the atmosphere to the skill of the providers is top notch. Dr. Mays is a board certified plastic surgeon who is superior in breast, face, and abdominoplasty surgeries. He uses a skin tightening device with liposuction that delivers results most surgeons can’t. I could not be happier with my results and will definitely be back for more services.
I absolutely love Dr. Mays and his team. From the moment you walk in, the staff is kind, welcoming, and always responsive. Dr. Mays makes you feel completely comfortable and confident in your choices. He listens carefully to what you want and brings your vision to life without ever pressuring you into anything. His work is absolutely phenomenal and the results speak for themselves.Trina does my Botox and she is professional, precise, and makes the experience so easy and relaxed. The entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for and supported. I couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon and aesthetic team that truly delivers amazing results.
