Had a small spa day at the med spa, getting a diamond glow facial and an IV hydration session. THE BEST facial I have ever had. Super informative of what she was using and how it would help my skin. As someone with very sensitive skin I worry about breakouts after facials but I had zero issues with the diamond glow facial. The IV hydration left me feeling energized and hydrated. After all the sun exposure and heat this summer it was so refreshing and relaxing. I can’t wait to schedule my next appt!
1st class service all the way! From day 1 I was so impressed by the welcome, the professionalism, and the care that the staff showed. For each appointment, I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. They took their time and did not rush me, making sure every question I had was answered. Each of the nurses were so genuine - even after surgery and with follow up appointments. Dr. Mays was wonderful - confident, knowledgeable, great bedside manner, and easy to work with. I am a few weeks into recovery now, and can't wait to see the final results in a few months. Prisma’s IPL offers several benefits when using an IPL alone like optimal speed and minimal discomfort, but when coupled with EMS and RF, Prisma acts layer by layer to treat more than just discoloration resulting in a more youthful appearance.
Does Prisma hurt?
One of the main benefits of Prisma is that the IPL handpieces are designed to be more comfortable than other devices. To treat discoloration and vascular lesions you need heat, which may translate to discomfort for some, which is why Prisma offers cooling to optimize comfort without needing to sacrifice results. There is no discomfort associated with the RF and EMS steps. Talk to your provider about any concerns you might have.
